A lightweight plugin. The default web UI opens in its own window and does not need a browser. A desktop panel starts, stops, restarts, and updates DeepSeek Harness. Closing either window does not stop the service. | 轻量插件。默认打开的页面是独立窗口，不依赖浏览器。桌面面板用来开启、关闭、重启、更新。关掉窗口不会停掉服务。
