Introduction

dsh-mobile-ui

A responsive mobile-UI plugin for DeepSeek Harness.

GitHub: github.com/Perederey/dsh-mobile-ui

Makes the DSH Web GUI touch-friendly on phones and tablets by:

  • Detecting viewport size — publishes a mobile-viewport/change Event
  • Injecting responsive CSS — larger touch targets, full-width conversation, bottom-safe padding
  • Adding a bottom navigation bar — compact nav overlay for phone screens
  • Providing a mobileViewport Service — other plugins can read or subscribe to the current viewport state

Installation

dsh plugin --profile web add git+https://github.com/Perederey/dsh-mobile-ui.git
dsh web

Usage

Once installed and loaded, open the DSH Web GUI. The plugin activates automatically when the viewport is ≤ 768 px wide. Resize your browser or use Chrome DevTools device mode to test.

Other plugins can subscribe to viewport changes:

ctx.on('mobile-viewport/change', (state) => {
  if (state.size === 'compact') {
    // Adapt your UI for small screens
  }
})
